Pre-ordered since February 2nd and my status is still "shipping requested" support could only offer me a "ticket" and 3 months of Samsung care! If I pre-ordered from STC I would have gotten it on the release date! It's highly unacceptable and it is frustrating. I'm thinking of cancelling my pre-order

I pre-ordered on 24 January two days after pre-order started Titanium Jet Black just for the exclusive color from Samsung.com, thinking Samsung would send me before other providers and still it says shipping requested and upon speaking with the agents they say due to traffic cannot commit what date it will be shipped.

In the end, we will put the cover whatever color it might be. Will never purchase from Samsung.com again.
