Over heating

I have bought Samsung s21 ultra 512gb two.days back.

But it's too overheating and gets shutdown while I use video calls or recording 

Also the battery gets drained too fast..

Is there any solutions available

From Samsung Members app, go into Get help - Error reports and tell Samsung that your phone suffers from over heating while recording a video and using camera app. By the way, most S21 Ultra's users face over heating issue with the March security patch.

unfortunately i have the same issue, it has been reported to Samsung support but nothing happens so far. it is really disappointing and frankly speaking i wish i didn't buy this device. 😕😪
