When and how can we get the Android Oreo update for Galaxy S8 in KSA?

Samsung is yet to release the official version. Recently released Oreo Beta testing is not available for KSA.

Yes, i know that. I want to know when can we get the official or even the beta version? I cant wait for it.

Official version of android oreo is expected to release in late December or Early 2018, Samsung may or may not release a beta version for KSA.
Beta testing is currently in second phase, wait for the official release as it will be more stable than beta version.

i dont get any update on my s7 edge why?

If you did not receive any update first check your software update settings and also time and date settings. Recently samsung released a security patch update for s7 edge in early November.

i check already its says i have new update already.. now i have 6.0.1 my friends get android 7 but i don't get any update...please help😢😢😢

Try updating you phone through smart switch software after installing it in your pc/laptop, its available in samsung website. please do a take backup before you try.
You can also approach a samsung authorised service center they will do it for free of charges if your phone is under warranty.
