As stated, Samsung does not take their Middle East clientele seriously. They believe they only have Korea and do not care about the Middle East. We are constantly receiving lies and misrepresentations from staff. As clients, we are patiently awaiting the onui7 and each day they perpetrate a new falsehood and narrative.
