Seems many S20 series users have given up hope on Samsung. The rollout they promised us last month December never made it to many S20 series users. Just finished chatting with a Samsung representative. Was nowhere near helpful along with the last 3 I spoke to earlier this month and last month. This is just getting way to ridiculous. They want to be the best company in the world? Let them show it and just release the update already

Heyy I finally got the one ui 5 and android 13 before the installing date on the a13 and have you tried to check for software update ??? If no please try bcz when I lost all my hope I checked my software and updated my phone

A series and M series phones are all getting updates. The S 20 series still nothing and we (by we i mean many S20 series users) have been checking since December last month. Our last update is October 2022

Today I am going to update my device to the 13 ″ manually via Odin. I downloaded the India version....I am tired of waiting. I will flash the Indian ROM
