Notification sounds for apps can't be changed anymore?!

Trying to customize the notification sounds for apps and for some reason the option is gone! Both on my S24 and Flip 4. My older M31 tho (with older os version) the options are still there and can customize notification sounds for each app!!!

It is not related with the phone model but based on the android version

Starting from android 14 you have to activate first the below option

Through Settings / notifications / advanced settings
