Notification issue after one UI6 update on s23 ultra

After i updated my phone to one UI6 i am not seeing floating notifications. I see the popup icon but it doesn't show the message itself and no longer the floating notifications are working either. I checked all the settings and everything is turned on

I have a similar issue that notifications are not delivered, and after some while all the notifications arrive at once
