Not Updated my another phn Samsung s9+

Someone Please help me.No updates have come since I purchased another mobile on S9 +. I bought that mobile from Dubai.

NB: The Android version of my mobile is still Oreo

there is no problem where did you buy the product since it is ( original )you still will get the update I bought form dubi some Samsung products cell phone and watch and I'm still getting the update

and if you can't update with ota you can update using pc software of Samsung (smart switch)

turn on download automatically connect to wifi and try it sometimes its not working with cell phone data internet

and if you have some experience you can download the newest software from sammobil web for United Arab of Emirates I think its XSG and use ODIN to update your cellphone software

If I update my phone by Odin, will I get the next update automatically?

I did update my phones many times manually with ODIN and still I received the OTA UPDATE (on the air update)

just make sure it's the original software not modified or rooted and as I told you sammobil web you will find the factory original software
