My fingerprint lock is not working. And I can't change it any way.

Why can't you change it?
Settings > security and privacy > screen lock and biometrics
Just delete all registered fingerprints and add new ones

My phone has three options: PIN lock, face lock, and fingerprint lock.But when I want to change it, it just asks me to confirm with the fingerprint lock and change it. When I press the fingerprint lock, the text comes up. Fingerprint doesn't match

This is because identity check is enabled.

Settings > security and privacy > lost device protection > theft protection > identity check

Disable it. It will ask for a fingerprint, but choose 'use Samsung account' and enter your account's password.
It will start an hour delay, but after the delay finishes, you will be able to disable it.

After disabling it, you can change your fingerprint without it asking for fingerprint.
