My battery is always drained by some process called "Contacts Storage".

I have tried everything but it doesn't seem to work. this contacts storage is daily consuming around 18% of my battery which is very annoying and destroying any potential of having sufficient enough battery life to last through the day. My S23 Ultra battery barely completes 6 hrs of normal use.

Go to permission manager and remove contacts access from any app that should not have an access to it

I think i've tried this before but let me try and remove access from everything. some of them are essential but I'll try

those are all the apps that have been accessing the contacts

I have the same issue. Did you find any solution?

Unfortunately no clue. I have even asked samsung team to remotely access my device and they weren't able to solve the issue

Samsung KSA support team or global?
Did you try factory reset? Maybe that would be the ultimate solution.
Or maybe samsung fixes it in their next software update
