With your permission, regarding the problem of your device freezing or freezing, please follow the following steps:
- Make sure you have the last app downloaded or deleted.
- Close all open apps on the screen.
- If the device freezes, you can press the volume down and power buttons to restart the device.
- If all the steps don't resolve the issue, you can perform a factory reset.
A problem often occurs with the device, causing it to freeze for a few moments. This problem may be temporary, and the issue can be resolved by pressing the volume down and power buttons for 7 seconds. The device will restart again, and the problem will be resolved. Force restart (Power key + Volume down for 7 seconds).
If the device won't turn on, you should activate Safe Mode, which is activated when the device isn't turned on. This is done by long pressing the volume down button while the device is turned on.

The problem may be with the screen, or there may be a delay in the screen's response. A touch test should be performed using the code *#0*#.
