If sound balance settings for earbuds is biased to one side, left or right, each earbud’s volume has different value. Please check adjustment bar of Left/right sound balance was biased to one side and drag the adjustment bar to center for balancing the sound volume if you want. - Galaxy Wearable app > Advanced > Hearing enhancements > Adjust Left/right sound balance bar
