I still cant see the 6.1.1 update on my s22 ultra is there anyway i can fix this?

Press On Download and install
Last Checked on june 22
Today is 8 October

I did it just takes me to 6.1 update and if i download that update it will bug my touch screen

I Don't know if this will work
But try opening Settings Info >> Storage >> Clear cache & Data
Restart your phone
Then try

I changed my phone like 3 times because when i download 6.1 update my touch screen just stops working and even if i factory reset it just stops working

I still didnt try to get 6.1 on this phone because i cant tell if ima lose my touch screen again if so ima have to change my phone again
