After last security update I found that much lag like I have phone with 60 hz refresh rate 
Inspire of I have S21 ultra 
Plz help to solve problem

Yes ... and even more the network is totally unusable with dropping calls and unreachable while i have full signal

check if there is damage( Charger-screen-battery )

Or (Root-Rooming )

Closing Recent Applications

Closing Running Third Party Applications

Create memory space

Check for Software updates for your device

turn the device on power saving mode

if the issue still exist we recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below:-

 

Launch the Settings app and tap General management → Reset → Factory data reset →

RESET → DELETE ALL.

 

Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch

from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup

If you’re still facing the same issue, kindly take the device to the service center to check on it.

Enough doing copy paste on your messaging not everything to do factory reset .. I need to tell something about latest update to solve it again in next month

I solved my problem by doing reset settings
Then restart phone ..closed
