However, I noticed a problem in WhatsApp, and messenger which involve audios not recording any sound on the "first attempt" but second attempt it works

Bixby voice app might be the culprit in this issue. Can you try to disable the app through Settings - apps - search for Bixby voice  - disable 

Try to record a voice note to see whether the issue solves or not
