Found some solutions. In settings enable the Now bar and Now brief options. Now bar is showing when u open any app which supports in Now bar. Like music. When the app is running, locked screen is showing the Now bar when u try to unlock it.
Now brief is more dynamic, so when u have any appointments, it will show. But I'm still wondering why there is no news feed or weather info available in the Now brief card.
