I have an Issue in my S24 Ultra after I charged the battery to %100...So I have noticed that battery percentage is %98 and that after I charged my S24 Ultra battery to %100 and that happens right after i take off the charfer cable and power on the phone. I have this issue since I purchased the device. Any help? Thanks

kindly follow the below steps

Adjust Screen Time-out and Display Brightness

Adjust sync Frequency of Applications

Exit Active Applications

check battery usage with your device

settings – device maintenance – battery – battery usage

Custom Power Saving Mode

Use the original charger

if you are still facing the issue we recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below:-

Launch the Settings app and tap General management → Reset → Factory data reset →

RESET → DELETE ALL.

Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch

from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup

Shame in you...I am engineering and your guidance steps its for a client who has no experience but not for me. This issue "if i can call it issue" is related to a software and it done by Samsung to save the battery life but i just need to clarify that by Samsung. Thanks
