How to activate carrier aggregation [4G+] on S24 Ultra

My mobile data speed is not as fast as it should be, my carrier recommends enabling 4G+ for proper speeds. I bought the S24 Ultra 1 week ago and I am unable to activate carrier aggregation and cannot find any method to do so. My CSC is OXM if you are wondering.

Any help appreciated. Thank you

Dear customer,

We understand how frustrating it is when your mobile data speed is not as fast.

Navigate to and open Settings. Tap General management, and then tap Reset.

Tap Reset mobile network settings for issues with your mobile connection, or Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings and then tap Reset settings. You may be prompted to enter your security credentials. Tap Reset to finish.

Download updates manually. On your device, navigate to and open Settings.

Swipe to and then tap Software update, or System updates. It will vary between models.

Tap Download and install, or Check for software updates. If an update is available it will begin downloading, though you may need to tap Download now on some devices.

Hello and thank you for your reply. I did as you instructed, but still the same speeds and only 4G bands are connected. I need carrier aggregation enabled or a way to get the phone to connect to 4G+. Thank you.
