Hey can someone help me i have a s20 and until now i didnt get the android 11 update can someone help me ?

Check the update in the system update option in the settings

Is your phone rooted or something like that?

Yes it has root so i cant get the update?

If your phone has been rooted, you won't able to receive OTA update, however, you can download the frimware and flash it manually through odin by using PC or Laptop.

Try on smart switch you can download the update then flash it using the computer
