Based on your inquiry regarding the update
1. Please enter the following code *#0*#
2. Choose any of the colors shown: red & green & blue
3. If the colors appear naturally, the device remains working normally
4. If the colors do not appear naturally, please perform a factory reset of the device through the following steps:
Launch the Settings app and tap General management → Reset → Factory data reset →
RESET → DELETE ALL.
Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch
from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup
