As a privacy risk, how to prevent Gemini from turning off data connection or Wi-Fi without unlocking the phone and keep it from turning it on without unlocking the phone?

Gemini > settings > Gemini on lock screen
Turn it off
Although Gemini will still work on the lock screen, if you ask it to turn off wifi, it won't do so until the phone is unlocked.
