  • Hi. I am a user of the Samsung phones since Galaxy S...for the past 14 or so years ive been really happy with S and Note series.... in 2022 i decided to try the Z Fold 4....which was promised to be great....unfortunately it wasnt/isnt.....i look after my phones very well protective case no drop, careful user...for the past 4 or so months it started giving trouble....signal and wifi drops when i open the phone into tablet mode..and just two days ago it started giving trouble charging...saying temperature too low....
Its a real disappointment especially with a 6000 nis phone to start giving trouble straight out of warranty after one year....i would appreciate any feedback on how to go about this as i assume that fixing it out of warranty will cost a lot
...also shouldnt samsung be responsible for such an expensive phone even though its a few months out of warranty???
