is there any one here received there order after 17th? I order online and the status is still processing. And they saying the same thing over and over without giving any concrete promise. I should order my S23 on my home country as they are now starting shipping.

I just received email cancelling the pre order rugged case. Then it proceed to ready for shipping. If they tell me this is the main issue before the 17th. i Should have cancel it my self. I think Samsung SA need to communicate with their costumer more often regarding any issue with samsung order and units.
