1. make sure that your device's software is up to date
2. go to settings > apps > camera > storage > clear data and cache
3. go to apps > camera > reset settings

جالاكسى SI am afraid that this a hardware issue in the S20 Ultra. Phone is up-to-date, I already cleared data and reset the settings.
what can I do other than selling the phone ? I bought it for the camera.
