no. its is android nougat october security update with so called stability fixes and improvements

it fixed the volume key issue but now unable to download apps from Google play store neither it is updating the apps

same problem with me too. Neither Google assistant note bixby was working. chrome and Firefox cannot connect, Google Inbox was not syncing, WhatsApp was not sending messages
