Hi All,


I have pre ordered an S24 Ultra ater announced, i got it on 1st of February. After one month, i noticed the frame is starting to loos the paint and it is increasing. The color that I ordered is black titanium.
I have been taking care of the phone incredibly wella and nver dropped off.
Really disappointed at Samsung, went to the branch for that they have never came back providing me with an update.
Wonderi g if anyone else has faced similar issue as mine.

جالاكسى SI am so sorry to read that, In this case, it is preferred to send the device to an authorized Samsung service center in order to do the needful,

I did, they said we will get back to you but they did not.
I also dropped an official email about this to Samsung Levant. They said send it to the service center.
If this is not solved, I will definitely send it to most of the very popular Tech reviewers.
