Dual Sim functionality

The scenario:

I have two physical sims in my phone. When there is a call on one of the sims, the other one doesn't work (Internet, messages etc) 

Example:

SIM 1 for Internet 

SIM 2 for receiving message from banks

When I receive any message on SIM 2, the Internet stops working on SIM 1 for brief period. 

Is there any solution for this? 

Also, if I change my SIM 2 to an E-SIM, will it fix the problem? Or it will be same?

This is our eternal problem with telecom operators in Saudi Arabia. There is no solution to this thing. No matter how much you activate services such as Volte, Vowifi, or even esim, you have to live with this thing only.
