جالاكسى SI just saw your reply by chance. Please note that I already provided order number to your customer service team 3 times before and nothing happened. In fact I've been waiting for more than 2 months now and no one had the courtesy to at least communicate back about the progress!
Unfortunately, it seems I will have to share this experience with Samsung HQ, perhaps they can do better job in delivering my missing items or return the money.
