Don't buy from Samsung online store!

I purchased new S21 ultra from Samsung online store for the first time and the experience was extremely bad: 
1) I had to wait 4-5 week without pre notice! 
2) I could not track my order online 
3) Then order confirmation I received was not complete, it misses details of order 
4) The delivery finally came but missing free headphones and the extra cover i ordered !! 

I called Sumsung customer service and still waiting for almost 1 month!! 

I strongly recommend you buy your products from a local retailer, at least you can return your money if something is missing.. 

Too sad to have such bad experience from a company like Samsung..

Delivery of Devices with exclusive colors order might take up to 4-5 weeks, and the customized Device cannot be canceled or refunded.this was mentioned in terms and conditions

I just saw your reply by chance. Please note that I already provided order number to your customer service team 3 times before and nothing happened. In fact I've been waiting for more than 2 months now and no one had the courtesy to at least communicate back about the progress!
Unfortunately, it seems I will have to share this experience with Samsung HQ, perhaps they can do better job in delivering my missing items or return the money.
