Dear Samsung... do you even bother reading any of the posts and comments on the Members app? Every S20 Series user is posting every single day where in the world the One UI 5 is. Is there ever any legit response from you guys? And if you reply to this post or any other post to use Smart Switch the only switch we might do is to another Android phone company that actually releases updates on time and to all eligible devices with no exceptions. So do your job and release it already. What are u waiting for? The sun to revolve around the earth? Pigs to fly? Monkeys to speak?

I contacted with them before1h and they tell me go to Samsung Market and to department of maintenance thay will updated u r phone

After that I told them to tell the company to hurry up and release the update
They tell me u r report will be sent to Samsung and hope if with massages will hurry and focus on us

I tell them the problem they told me to go to any Samsung customer service the give me new software and yet the update didn't cam to me
