I have bought two S21ultra devices on 3/8/2021 ; one of them is working properly; the second one keeps disconnecting 4G. I have sent him three times in a row to samsung customer services in Iraq /Basra for check up, and they come back three times with the same answer : there is nothing wrong .
I have tried myself the network reset even factory reset, and nothing changed.
Now i have checked on google and it seems its a common problem with many of S21 Ultra users worldwide. Is there any solution yet for this issue ?
I have the same problem, I think it is best to leave Samsung and go for other brands, you pay a 1000 dollar for a phone with this big problem and they couldn't fix it after a year and a software update!
Unfortunately i sold my device for a very cheap price and moved on to the S22Ultra from a trustworthy sales point .hope i wont face the same issue later on
