I have a big issue with my Galaxy Z Fold 5. The screen got damaged even though I always used the original Samsung protective case. When I took it to the service center, they refused warranty repair, saying there’s a small scratch on the frame. But the real issue is with the screen itself. What makes it worse is that the service report is contradictory—it talks about screen damage but the photo they attached is only of the frame. I still have 30 days left in my warranty, yet they keep delaying things until it expires. Honestly, I chose Samsung because of their innovation, but if customer care is this poor, then it’s very disappointing. Many people already complain about foldable screens, and now I’m experiencing the same problem

Samsung is the worst in warranty, it happened to me the same, they always find an execuse not to repair your phone, they are the worst company in that, I am not buying anything anymore from them.
