Go to Settings and then press Android Auto and enable it.
If you have the same problem, we ask you to do:
Settings - General Management - Reset - Reset All Settings
If you are still experiencing the same problem, we recommend performing a factory reset to resolve it by following these steps:
Open the Settings app, then tap General Management → Reset → Factory Reset → Reset → Delete All.
