Chat setting problem

I just got an samsung m30S phone and in the main text message page there is an "N" but the 3 dots. When I click on it and try to get I to chat settings I get this message- "There was a problem connecting. Try again later."

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Idk what exactly the problem but try to delete the cach .
