Charging of s8

Most of times my s8 stops at 83% on charging. I must remove charger and put it again then it complete. Also the wireless charger is very very slow. Is there any idea about that?!

back up your data in a computer using Smart Switch program.
factory reset your device.
restore your data. KABOOM battery 100%
