Charger charging only in one Orientation (S24 Ultra)

IS IT SOFTWARE ???
My phone charges only on one USB C orientation and the super fast charging is not working, if I flip the charger it doesn't. Occasionally it stops charging at all. When I restart and plug it whlie restarting it starts working again but on one side also and without super fast charging. 
Another time it got stuck with the moisture message and then it worked again but with the same issue.
I read on reddit if you blow hard in the port it will fix it , dit that and it really got fixed charging on both sides and and super fast. But few days it went back to the same issue 

Putting in mind my phone was never exposed to moisture, steam or even dust I am very careful with it to the point where I use another phone to keep my s24 ultra away from such thing.

This all started happening around two weeks after a software update, I dont know if it is related and I dont know if it is hard ware. 
I also went to samsung service and they just heard what I said and said the port needs changing. 

Here is why i cant trust them, because I had the camera buzz issue and they told me the camera needs replacement for 15k egp, while after software update it got fixed, so they dont know what they are saying from my experience.

Have you tried another USB charger for the device?
Is the battery original or not?
Is there a problem or breakage in the charging socket?
Is there a problem with the charger used?
Is there any swelling in the battery?
Make sure the charger is original.

I tried many cables and made sure my port is clean, and yes, everything in my phone is original. I never replaced anything. And for the reset solution, I have been told this with the camera bug issue, and it's a hard ask for me tbh , because there is a lot of data that can be lost. Can you in any way confirm whether this is a software bug ? If it is, I am okay with waiting for updates. It doesn't make any sense that the port got damaged. I looked into everything.

I too am having this problem after the last update was performed a few days ago.  I am using  super fast charger which used to work exceptionally well but since that update, the cords I've tried will only work in 1 direction and the super fast charger is no longer super fast but the same speed as other, older chargers.  I was wondering if you have had any luck resolving this issue as it's really beginning to be a problem cause I'm not used to verifying the direction I plug the cable in to my phone.  Thank you!
