Camera failed error

Please any help! My s10+ camera stopped working sending me massages as you can see in the photo i uploaded I tried to open camera in safe mode clear cache clear data force to stop but still didn't work iv tried to check for updates there was no i tried using apps like Instagram etc. to check my phone camera from the app but didn't work Instagram show selfie but it lagged even when it comes to face password it won't work help as fast as possible please

Have you tried restarting your phone or switching it off and turning it back on?

Yes I tried but still not working

Have you gone to a samsung store to check the issues?

Yes I checked for updates on galaxy store
And I updated the android but nothing happened

I mean a samsung store the place where they repair phones. You can ask their customer service and they will check what the problem is

Welcome. I went to the samsung center once to check why my phone wasn't updating they said they couldn't do anything because the region code is different to the code where i live so i had to use odin to install the latest update in order to get monthly updates. Hope they will be able to help you
