Settings - More - More Networks - Mobile Networks - Network Mode - You can choose a network other than the one you're using.
You can try Airplane Mode and then turn it back on to activate the network.
You can test the network by dialing *#0011#.
If the other SIM card is working, the problem is with the first SIM card. Please contact the network developer for that SIM card.
If the problem persists while trying the other SIM card, please try again.
