Samsung devices of time and admire them, but this agent harms Samsung devices and my words with the company does not show any interest from the complaint and the situation continued as it is so month so far and returned the case of Samsung to the rest, please protect me until I recovered in Samsung now I am in the warranty and when Term ends the loss of the right of legal security in the relations, please advise me as soon as possible Time has not yet been directed to protect the consumer or do anything on the net harm the reputation of Samsung.
