جالاكسى SHad an awful experience with samsung recently, bought an s21fe for a family member and right out of the box the refresh rate was bugging and it was laggy. They refused to return it let alone replace it.
They offered a fix but I declined since it's literally a brand new device, after many complaints and going back and forth on the phone they finally offered a replacement.
So they come and pick up the phone, after a whole MONTH they call me back to tell me "the phone was fixed" even though I was very clear I don't want it opened at all and don't want a fix.
Guess what? After all that and spending a whole month without a proper phone, the problem is still there ffs.
It's been 2 months now and I don't know what to do.
Any suggestions?
