Bad Battery backup

I recently updated my phone software of around 450 mb since then the battery backup has decreased drastically.
The phone also seems to be heating a lot lately

after the update you have to do hard reset

but the last times update of 1gb was great (Oreo update)
it had great battery backup and very smooth
