Backcover bulged

Hi Samsung Members,

I've been reporting a problem with my battery to Samsung support for more than a week now without any proper response and eventually today I've found the backcover on my Z Fold 2 bulged because battery has swollen! I don't know if anyone has experienced anything like that, but I'm literally shocked and after being a Samsung loyal client for 6+ years, I'll think twice if the replacement for this broken phone will be a Samsung device.

If you forgot your phone on the charger then the battery will swell.

Don't you ever use the phone and throw it .. cause it maybe will explode

Hi all, Samsung has repaired my phone in their service center, I've collected it today, will see how it will operate. Hopefully this problem won't occur again.
