check the internet connection 

make sure that you have enough space in your device 

you can try to clear cache by the following steps : settings - apps - choose the desired app - storage - clear data cache 

try to log in and log out from your account in galaxy store 

try to restart your device in the safe mode by pressing the power button with volume buttons together for 7 sec 

check time and date settings
