If you have problem about Android Auto, please check for next tips.
1. Please check for any updates of related application(Google) with Android Auto.
2. The initial connection setting can only be used when parked. This is the concept of Google Android Auto for safety.
After initial connection, you can use Android Auto even while driving as well.
3. If the connection with it isn’t established properly when you’re trying to connect the Android Auto via Bluetooth, please check if the connection method of your car with Android Auto is based on Bluetooth.
As Android Auto can be connected via USB cable as well and the connection method may differ by car and its manufacturer, it’s
necessary to confirm the proper connection method for your car with car manufacturer.
4. The USB cables approved by Samsung support the compatibility with USB authorized devices.
But as we cannot guarantee if every car was approved by USB Authentication Standard, all USB cables may not be compatible when using it inside car, even it’s the cable approved by Samsung. Accordingly, you may experience it is not connected with your car even though you use the USB cable approved by Samsung.
Additionally, we recommend to use shorter USB cable than 1m because USB signal may be not good when you use a long USB cable(i.e. 1.2m cable).
