Any problem with the new update including dual WhatsApp problems, facebook closing unexpectedly, battery drain, heat issues, and performance is only resolved by hard factory reset by closing it using power and volume down then open it using power and volume up then chosing factory reset. Dont forget to backup all your data including WhatsApp, contacts, and photos. The new update released in germany and will be released in egypt shortly wont fix these issues.
اي مشكله في التحديث الجديد من مشاكل واتس اب و غلق للفاسبوك و تهالك البطاريه و سخونيه و بطق في الجهاز فقط تتحل مع عمل اعاده ظبط مصنع عن طريق غلق الهاتف باستخدام زرار الباور و زراز توطيه الصوت ثم فتح التلفون عن طريق زرار الباور و زرار تعليه الصوت ثم اختيار اعده ضبط مصنع او factory reset. التحديث الذي تم في المانيه و الذي سوم ينزل مصر قريبا لن يحل هذه المشاكل
