Samsung's after-sales service is poor nowadays. They focus only on sales and promotions. Even under-warranty products are treated poorly. In my home, I have more than 10 Samsung products; I had blind trust in the name. But in the future, I will never buy or suggest that anyone buy or trust Samsung products.

Its hard for me to judge because I didnt use there after sale services but overall thier quality are better and thier devices live longer than other competitive brands
