After one UI 7 update I'm facing battery drain issue and the mobile is heating if we're on video call or if we use Instagram for 15 mins need to fix this issue Samsung

Try turning on battery saver
Put the useless apps in deep sleep mode
And remove the apps and widgets on the home screen (Yes, I know, but do it)
And wait till samsung makes an update to fix this problem
