3rd Party Ringtone Issue on WhatsApp

Dear sir

I'm unable to add ringtone for my custom notifications.Unable to add other ringtones 

Even im unable to access Samsung File manager for ringtones.

no option at the moment
maybe latest updates will solve this

i have been using few ringtones from past few years,

but after recent updates i'm unable to change the ringtones for specific apps,

and i cant even factory reset the device,

hope SAMSUNG will solve this issue ASAP.
