مشكلة في الشحن

ظهرتلي مشكلة في الشحن فجاة ميقبل يشحن وتظهر رسالة وجود رطوبة مع العلم الجهاز لامتبلل ولا اي شي مثل سقوط

نعتذر عن الازعاج الذي يواجه حضرتك و نرجوا منك اتباع الخطوات التالية:

الخطوة ١. انتقل إلى الإعدادات > تحديث البرنامج. الخطوة ٢. انقر على "تنزيل وتثبيت". الخطوة ٣. اتبع التعليمات التي تظهر على الشاشة.

خطأ اكتشاف رطوبة مفاجئ الأجهزة ذات تصنيف مقاومة الماء IP68 وما فوق (معظم سلسلة Galaxy) مزودة بمستشعر كشف رطوبة لمنع تلف الجهاز بسبب الماء. في حال اكتشاف رطوبة في منفذ USB، ستظهر رسالة خطأ، وسيتوقف الشحن. في هذه الحالة، افصل جهازك عن الشاحن، ثم امسحه بقطعة قماش جافة أو رجّه برفق (٥-١٠ مرات) مع توجيه المنفذ لأسفل للتخلص من أي رطوبة زائدة. ضع هاتفك على قطعة قماش في مكان جيد التهوية، أو جففه بمروحة.

أيقونة تصفية وفرز التطبيقات الخطوة ١. من الإعدادات، انتقل إلى التطبيقات، ثم انقر على أيقونة تصفية وفرز التطبيقات. فعّل خيار "إظهار تطبيقات النظام". الخطوة ٢. حرّك المفتاح إلى اليمين لتفعيل خيار "إظهار تطبيقات النظام"، ثم انقر على "موافق". إعدادات USB، التخزين الخطوة 3. انتقل إلى إعدادات USB، ثم انقر على التخزين. إعدادات USB، مسح ذاكرة التخزين المؤقت الخطوة 4. انقر على مسح ذاكرة التخزين المؤقت في أسفل يمين الشاشة لمسح ذاكرة التخزين المؤقت على USB.

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Sudden Moisture detected error
Devices with a water-resistant rating of IP68 and above (most of the Galaxy series) are equipped with a moisture detection sensor to prevent water damage to the device. If moisture is detected in the USB port, an error message will be displayed, and charging will stop

In this case, unplug your device from the charger, then wipe with a dry cloth or gently shake your device (5-10 times) with the port facing downwards to release any excess moisture. Place your phone on a cloth in a well-ventilated area, or dry with a fan.

Filter and sort apps icon
Step 1. From Settings, navigate to Apps, then tap the Filter and sort icon.

Step 2. Move the switch to the right to enable Show system apps, then tap OK.

USBSettings Storage
Step 3. Scroll to USB Settings and tap Storage.

USBSettings Clear cache
Step 4. Tap Clear cache located on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to clear your USB cache.
