مشاكل s10 lite

كل يوم يطلع لي مشاكل في الجهاز

سابقا الكاميرا والرام والحين الاشعارات 

وينهم الي يقولون سامسونج يتأكدون من التحديثات 

هذا الجهاز من خذته ولا تحديث لحل اتفه مشكلة

اما بالنسبة للكاميرا ما هي المشكلة بالضبط؟

يرجى من حضرتك التأكد من وجود مساحة كافية في ذاكرة الجهاز و هناك شحن كافي في الجهاز ليتم استخدام الكاميرا

بإمكانك أيضا إعادة ضبط اعدادات الكاميرا من خلال الذهاب الى الاعدادات ومن ثم التطبيقات تم تطبيق الكاميرا ثم اعدادات الكاميرا و اختيار اعادة ضبط الكاميرا

اما الاشعارات 

يرجى التأكد من الغاء تفعيل عدم الازعاج 

تأكد من اعدادات الجهاز - الاشعارات 

و ايضا بإمكانك زيارة اقرب مركز صيانة ليتم فحص الجهاز

التحديثات لا توجد كل يوم اشيك من شريت الجوال من رمضان
الكاميرا unfocused كثير من الأحيان وبالكاد تضبط
ويوجد مساحة كبيرة جداً في الجهاز
الاشعارات if i clear one notification then close the notification bar then gones all unhidden notifications.
Ram problem when i use phone in normal use (that means flapping between two apps) the app with i wrote text it is gones to reload 🔄 app.

Also, i bought a new phone released in 2020 there's no release any update in KSA.

Also, so so so slow camera shatter when I take pictures in normal condition. It's causing a ghost 👻 photo

The clarity of photos may be affected by distance between device and subjects when taking photos. If you take picture the objects at too close distances that Auto Focus may not be available normally, taken subjects may be blur and unclear.

Especially if you don’t keep the proper distances when shooting the photos, videos with high resolution or high zoom ratio, Auto Focus feature doesn’t work properly and it causes the unclear and blur images in the end.

So, it is recommended that you do not position subjects within too close distances from device to take clear photos and keep the proper *distances between device and object

And as currently smart phones had being used spherical lens for device camera, distortion may differ by lens type and it severely occurs when angle of view is wider and distance up to shooting object is shorter.

Additionally if you cover the device’s camera part with screen protector, sticker or a cover, covered camera will cause pictures with low quality and photos you take appear blurry. So please ensure not to use the screen protector which covers the camera part or the screen protector without a specific hole for camera part. Also, clean the camera lens

and for software updates 

There has been a delay in delivering the software updates 

due to improvements on the update to make your experience with Samsung devices more secure.

You can check on Samsung Members when the update will be available on your device.

You can also download Smart Switch on your mobile phone and a PC or Laptop, connect them using the USB, if there is an update available for your device, you will be able to update it via Smart Switch.

and for the notification 

please fully close the running app which makes notification

make sure to keep automatic update activated

Do you know there are 32 Critical security patches between February and July?

It's not focus mode
It's normal mode and the object is far distant.
Also i use official case and screen protector.
Also there are no update in smart switch.
All problems i facing in OS part even the camera problem.
If you want to serve me, you should urgent to the relevant department about the broadcasting updates for s10 lite.

يارجال وش نسوي سحبو تحديث يوليو Note10lite في 2021 مع نظام 11 التحديث بيصير يوصل لكل دول العالم بيوم واحد خطة قوقل الجديدة الامان يوصل كل دول العالم بيوم وتكون كلها بمتجر بلاي تحديتاث الامان اما النظام اقصى حد 3 اشهر كل الاجهزة تكون دعمت النظام الجديد الي تدعم النظام الجديد من نظام 11 كل الاجهزة ينطبق عليها هالشي بنرتاح من تاخر تحديتاث في نظام 11 كل دول العالم بيوم يكون التحديث متوفر بمتجر بلاي اول ماتطلق سامسونج تحديث امني لجهاز مثلا S10 يوم واحد كل العالم حصل الامان بمتجر بلاي 😍😍😍 بااختصار بيصير نفس نظام ios اما النظام 3 اشهر اقصى حد من اطلاق نظام الجديد كل الاجهزة دعمت النظام كل دول العالم الي بتحصل تحديتاث بدل ماتقعد شركة تحدث اجهزتها مثلا 8 اشهر تاخير نظام جديد 3 اشهر كل الاجهزة تحدتث اول ماتطلق تحديث كل العالم يحصل تحديث جديد اول باول سواء اكسينوس او كوالكوم
