لايوجد اي شفافيه من المتاجر المعتمدة من سامسونج او متجر سامسونج 
في الابلاغ انه يجب تفعيل كارت ضمان الشاشة خلال شهر او يتم الغاءه بل نتفاجأ عند الحاجة لاستخدامه يقولون انه تعدى الوقت المخصص لتفعيله
